BTE Consulting’s Director Thomas Brown has 18 years’ industry experience on a wide range of multidiscipline arterial and local government road works and civil infrastructure projects for a range of clients in the private and public sectors.

Thomas has a thorough understanding of the requirements to deliver successful outcomes for clients, through his experience as a Project manager, Design manager, Lead designer, Lead road safety auditor, and drafting coordinator.

Thomas has been involved in all design stages from feasibility to detailed design and construction (including temporary staging works) in highways and arterial roads, urban development, intersection upgrades, cycleway, municipal engineering projects and Road Safety Audits.
